1998 Pokemon Charmander Necklace (round version) on card

Charmander necklace charm on leather-type rope, on original card. Unsure of exact length as I have not (and will not) remove from product to check. No guarantees on length. Great condition. Card is not mint. 1998? I can't tell because the date is under the string. Most of these are 1998/1999 so it's one of the two.
